Location: Jobs throughout Ocean, Monmouth, Burlington, and Mercer Counties, NJ

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a dependable and skilled pest control professional who takes pride in their work, values customer relationships, and is committed to safe, effective pest management.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey Pesticide Applicator License
- Clean and valid New Jersey driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to perform both residential and commercial pest control services
- Physical ability to carry equipment and access crawlspaces, attics, and exterior property areas
What You’ll Do
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of protecting homes, businesses, and families from unwanted pests. You’ll work with Dan the Bug Man himself and our growing team to provide high-quality, honest, and environmentally responsible service.
Duties include:
- Inspecting properties for signs of pest activity
- Applying treatments according to New Jersey regulations and label instructions
- Educating customers about pest prevention and treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Using proper safety protocols and company equipment
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients
