When Dan came to my home, I showed him samples of the bugs I found in my kitchen and bathroom and he identified the two species, explained their origins and preferred habitat. I was relieved to know they were outdoor bugs that had entered my home by accident. Dan performed a thorough inspection of the exterior of my home and found unsealed points of entry, as well as other insect issues.
